Very disappointing experience. I paid £10 online but was told on arrival to pay an extra £5 for nail removal. Afterward, I was informed this only covered colour removal, with no filing or shaping. To have my nails properly buffed and shaped, I was asked for another £5, bringing the total to £20. My nails were left uneven and sharp, and the service felt rushed and unprofessional. I felt misled and would not return or recommend this salon.
