This is a very reluctant bad review but I have no option. I booked online on my way up to London to appear on a podcast recording. My train was delayed by almost an hour and I messaged via numerous texts and left a voicemail but received no reply. I made may way to the salon anyway with just enough time to get the treatment but there was a sign on the door saying they were out. Still no response to my messages and no refund. Extremely poor.
