Good massage, however it want great and I won't come back. The treatment was over an hour late and or didn't show up on her system.

Very odd place. Staff sniping at each other. Person who did my nails barely said a word during the whole treatment. Bins overflowing, I saw staff bring tissue out of room where waxing etc and put into an already full rubbish bag in main room.
This was my first time, expected given the location that it would be passable but I wont return.

Had a thread and a tint. Usually have the tint before the thread but here they do the other way round. I like a really dark brown so we had to reapply as I think people are always surprised at how dark I like it but appreciate better be safe than have a grumpy customer.
Salon is nice, and really convenient at Kings Cross. It’d be nice if they had a loyalty scheme too as I’m a regular now!
