Decided to take a shot on this place for threading as the person I usually go to was out of town. Manpreet did a great job at one of my brows and completely botched the other. She had clearly accidentally taken too much of my brow hair off leaving a very visible bald spot which at first she denied and then proceeded to blame me for not telling her that cutting the hair too much would make the spot visible. I don’t have a bald spot to begin with! Please take some accountability next time!!
