I went to my appointment and the lady just decided she doesn't want to do it. Wasted my afternoon because of her laziness. I would not recommend her at all because even if you book and turn up she will not do anything. Thankfully I didn't pay ahead otherwise she would have taken my money

Really great service, she made me feel really comfortable. She was also very thorough and gave some great aftercare tips/advice. Would recommend her to anyone looking to book a wax!
