What a lovely experience! I'm in a bit of a fix right now, having fractured my wrist and having limits on the weight I can carry in one hand while I go through rehab. Washing my own hair is troublesome. Blow-drying it into a style is nearly impossible! But I emerged from the salon feeling glam and pampered, as well as cheered! Rofia is not only a great stylist, who picked up on what I like my hair to be, but is a kind and fun person too. I definitely won't have to fracture a bone to come back! I'm perfectly happy with my regular salon, but this would certainly be somewhere to come to get ready for any special occasion in the future.

Greeted by a really friendly member of staff and offered a drink. Taken up to the treatment room which was very cluttered and not as clean as I would expect. The towels looked like they’d just been thrown on the shelf and the fleece blanket that was placed over me because it was a little chilly didn’t look as fresh as it could’ve done.
The facial was as expected but there was no discussion about my skin before the treatment and I think the same products were used for everyone.
The lady who did the facial was chatty and friendly.
I regularly go for facials/ massages but this wasn’t as relaxing and pampering as any previous experience. Candles, peaceful music and a clean and clutter free environment would really help.
Brilliant service, even opened a little early to ensure we were ready on time for a wedding! Loved our hairdos :-)

Great service, but as it was the 1st working day after new year I was the only one in the salon! Had colours and a trim, was happy with the service
