I made this booking expecting it to be with Sham but when I arrived was given a trainee technician. This would’ve been fine if I had been advised of the change prior to the appointment. The lady who did my nails was lovely but the standard they were done to was awful. I don’t know if this is because of the tools she was given or the lack of experience but I’m far from impressed. The lack of shaping and consistency between the nails has made me feel extremely disappointed and I won’t be returning
