Hi - salon is nice and clean and actual treatment was done well. My reason for a low score is that twice I booked my appointment via treatwell almost a week in advance and the first time they rang me the day before and said they would need to cancel my appointment and could rearrange for a few hours later which I was unable to make. I then rebooked a few days later , again via treatwell. My appointment was confirmed and I had received a confirmation email. I was on my way to the appointment I then received a phone call 15 MINS BEFORE my actual appointment time to say they would Have to cancel my appointment and they could reschedule for about 4/5 hours later. I was very upset and disappointed as I had taken time off work and travelled from quite a distance. I couldn’t reasonably be expected to wait around for four hours. They weren’t particularly understanding or sympathetic and instead just told me not to book via treatwell anymore as the system is slow ! I said ok I won’t but they should really remove themselves from treatwell rather than inconveniencing customers. Very disappointed

After initial confusion over booking via treatwell the experience was good, the staff friendly & Zara was very helpful. i would be happy to recommend and intend to return in the near future.

I arrived and was seen straight away. The staff were very helpful in making me feel comfortable and allowed me time to settle ready for my treatment. My actual treatment was very professional and done with care. Outcome was fabulously long lashes just as I had wanted. I will visit again.
