When I arrived for my 10am appointment I was advised that the wax was only warm and not hot due to someone running late. I was offered a later appointment and would have preferred to have been contacted prior to the appointment to save me the trip. However, when I arrived a few hours later I was seen straightaway and Chanice was lovely. She put me at ease and took the time to make it less painful. I was pleased with the results. I would have given the treatment 5 out of 5 had I not had to return for a later appointment. I would happily return nonetheless.

Leg waxing was good but I wasn't too impressed with the brow wax as when I got home I had to do more of a tidy up on them. Could probably use tweezers to ensure all hair has been removed?

The booking system isn't good I turned up for my appointment that was confirmed but they already had clients so I had to go back. But the staff were lovely did a fantastic job and I will definitely go back

I had a lovely experience at Eclipz Aveda spa the massage was great. I would recommend it to anyone who has any ackes and pains or for those who just want to be pampered. The oils used had a really beautiful fresh light smell and left my skin noticeably softer.
