lovely salon and therapist, shellac is neat around the edges but the experience was a tiny bit rushed and the thickness of the paint is a bit uneven

Terrible pedicure experience. Firstly, the girl who did my nails made a mess of them. She kept making clumsy mistakes and having to start again. In the end another member of staff had to ask me to come back later so she could re-do the entire thing. When I returned my nails were a mess. The girl was nice enough but again by the time I got home the nails were a mess. I showed the girl at reception as I was leaving and she saw it was ruined again but offered no refund or anything. By this point I had wasted enough time (and money) and really didn't have the effort to complain. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE - THEY ARE CLUELESS!
