Booked for a full head balayage quoted £70 online and was charged £82 at venue which was ridiculous. Staff was not talkative and a bit unprofessional. Outdated salon. Offered drinks to me which was nice and hair came out nicer than expected. Girl was honest and informative on what she was doing. Overall a average experience.

Horrible, my baby got unwell and because I tried to reschedule on the day they said no because I paid through Treatwell and that I would have been able had I booked with them directly.
