Half the hair was still on it, quite a large bit of skin was ripped off near my lips and both lips swelled right up the day after because the wax must have been too hot. If I wasn't so embarrassed I'd go back and ask for a refund.

Only a small selection of colours to choose from but they had a similar colour to the what I had in mind anyway. Friendly staff and excellent attention to detail. Really pleased.

Thearapist was lovely and chatty. Did give me some advice about how to maintain my pedicure nice. the atmosphere was a bit a left down as loud music was playing and i think a relaxing music would have been a bonus.
