Normally I do enjoy facials at Eclipz but this time I felt the staff wasn’t really interested and although it was told to me that the heating isn working 1/2 an hour before the appointment I still went ahead but the experience still wasn’t that great but I have always enjoyed treatments at Eclipz aveda earlier

I have had a Swedish massage many times at this venue and never had a complaint, however, my original therapist has left. The room was very cold so the whole experience was not relaxing at all. The new therapist was ok but a 60 minute massage was actually only 50 minutes long. There was no apology from the therapist for the cold room temperature. I wish I had asked for my money back. I definitely will not return to this venue again.

Nice haircut by Jacqui. It was a pleasant experience- she is a nice and chatty person and asking lots of questions about exact haircut. I have noticed that atmosphere in that saloon is relaxed and nice. Thanks!
