My appointment was for 10am. 15 minutes i had been waiting, another hairdresser let me know she would be another 15 minutes. I said i needed to leave for 11 as i had a wedding over an hour away. The hairdresser did apologise when she got there, but the treatment was very rushed. I didnt check the time until i left which was 11:35. I was almost late to my friends wedding because of this! When i took out the pincurls it was very greasy on my roots and felt like the conditioner hadnt been washed out properly. Overall i wasn’t happy with the treament i received.
