Overall I did not like the balayage, I felt it didn’t suit me but she worked hard to do it, the only big complaint is that she trimmed for less than 5 min my hair and she decide to charge an extra £30, I didn’t want to say anything because I knew she spent long time doing the balayage so I took it as a “tip” but quite disappointed that she overcharged me to trim my hair, she didn’t do layers, just the tips of my hair - THAT’ ALL! I tried to leave a review in their website and “was not approved”...
