I had never had hybrid lashes before and never had lashes done here before but it was a great experience. Carly x was wonderful, she took the time to understand what I wanted and her attention to detail was great, she was really friendly too. I am very happy with my lashes. The only thing that could have made it better was if it was a bit warmer in the room. Thanks a lot, will be back again for sure!

this was supposed to last for an hour but was very rushed and was out of there in 35 min, the curls dropped in 2 hours, not impressed at all

The haircut and blow dry was good. Would have been nice to be offered a drink on a cold day. As it seemed like a nice salon. Overall it was a good experience.

Shslby was really careful with my hair! I've had some painful hairdressing experiences in the past where they've pulled on my hair or burnt my scalp, but Shelby was super precise and delicate.
The keratin treatment itself has worked really well on my hair after washing, my hair is soft and straighter!
