Nice staff, had a really good haircut but had to wait over half an hour as the hairdresser was running late. They did give me a free hair treatment to compensate though!

I had a Hollywood wax and was extremely impressed by the beautician (Kelly? Sorry!). She was so lovely and reassuring. She checked that I was happy and comfortable throughout and did a great job. I've been to other places in Bromley that were rude and overpriced. I will def be back here and will recommend to friends.
