I've started having the 1 hour stress fix massage with a 30 min facial as it's so good and makes my skin feel great afterwards. As usual Kelli is an excellent professional.

This will be the third time I have had the Brazilian Blow Dry Keratin, but for some reason the results are not as good a previous times. I have a kink in my fringe (did not use and grips or clips - in fact had my fringe trimmed before treatment so it wouldn't go in my eyes). Previous times I have been able to get up and go with my hair as it was still the same as when I went to bed. Not this time - wake up with my hair wavy and have wash each morning! I had this treatment so I didn't need to do this! I will still to use straightners, which is another reason why I had this treatment, in order not to use them. The lady who did my hair seemed to rush - only took forty minutes when the time stated is 1hr 30mins. She didn't listen how my fringe sits and when I said so, she just said oh well, you'll just have do it as you have it when you wash it! I chose this salon again as I was so pleased with previous visits - not this time. Feel the £55 was a waste!
