Booking was with Kim who did a great job with my hands and feet. However, i didn’t like someone else started my treatment instead and I had to stop him because he was a bit careless while removing my nail polish. Also he wasn’t using gloves. Al in all hygiene while using and sharing the equipment could be a bit better in general.

Attention to detail is lacking resulting in me having to ask and prompt for a better clean up of skin even when skin / nail weren’t cur properly. Tools drop on floor and reused. Felt rushed though the salon was empty
