For context, I am a Vietnamese speaking woman. The guys in there were RUDE and hostile. He shouted at his colleague then took his frustration out on me when he was removing my nails and dug the electric filer into my skin by accident.
Despite paying for 'nail art', I showed him 3 designs to which he said no to. By the 3rd one, he stormed off and cussing me out and swearing in Vietnamese. His other male colleague joined in and backed him up. I instantly asked for a refund.
So many red flags.

I entered the shop after calling the day before and asking if it was possible to do a specific nail art. One of the staff abruptly explained that it wasn’t possible to do what I wanted and they could only do French nail art. also, whilst doing my nails the lady kept on getting distracted with new people coming in/ speaking to others and she ended up cutting one of my cuticles too much and I started bleeding… I would recommend for something simple but the staff can be rude
