The shop was clean and the staff friendly but the shellac removal and the manicure was disappointing. Tommy removed the shellac on my natural nails by using only the electric file which also filed off layers off my natural nails which are now paper thin. He also tried to use cold water instead of warm to soak my nails and only changed it when I told him water was too cold. He was very polite but I don't think he knows how to deal with natural nails. Won't return for that reason.
