I usually come here to do my shellac mani and pedi but on this ocassion I was very disappointed. My cuticles were cut so aggressively that they started bleeding. The skin around the nails is very dry and peeling 2 weeks later.
Only 2 coats of shellac was applied by the gentleman when Kim usually does 3.
There was an unusual tenderness to the bottom of my feet after the pedicure and the skin was not scrapped properly.
I’d visit again but only for Kim.
Overall, it was a decent visit. In terms of the removal, I was very shocked and how it was done...I've never had an e-filer used to remove gel polish instead of just soaking it better in acetone. It made my nails feel so weak and brittle. With the use of the e-filer as well, the man ended up getting my cuticle which started bleeding. No apologies, no acknowledgement. He just pretended it didn't happen while it kept bleeding. Not very professional. There was also a little drama going on with other unhappy customers that ended up walking out.
Nice salon but poor service. Nails looked good initially but on closer inspection were not finished to a high standard. SNS was chipping after a few days because it was applied to thick and also had ridges in that didn’t look great.
