Excellent pedicure however the customer service was awful. The manageress attempted to dupe me into paying for a shellac pedicure despite me informing them upon arrival that I'd already booked a pedicure through Treatwell; they never checked my booking and I wasn't informed I'd been given a shellac treatment until afterwards. The manageress was rude and tried her best to humiliate me in front of the other customers. Not impressed.
Treatwell customer service managed to rectify the situation for me luckily.

Very thorough manicure. Technician helped make sure the glitter would look amazing by switching half way through to putting a coat underneath. Felt thoroughly looked after.
