Worst manicure experience I've ever had. Very unfriendly greeting when I arrived for appointment. This was followed by aggressive handling of my hands to the point where they were shoved my hand into the heater with force. The heater was also too hot and burnt my fingers. When I cried out in pain it was ignored. I left half way through and when I said wasn't happy with service staff just stared at me blankly and then bizarrely insisted on giving me pedicure out of the blue. Awful experience.
