Despite having booked for a specific time through Treatwell, I was left waiting nearly 40 minutes due to the salon being very busy. There seems to be absolutely no point in booking ahead as they don't seem to account for bookings made in advance. Terrible customer service with barely an acknowledgment as I went in and no explanation of the delay, when I asked they just gestured to the other people also waiting. Pedicure was very good and manicure was fine.
