Overall it wasn’t bad but especially for the manicure the work is very sloppy.
Top coat was applied to half the nail and 3 days later of course it chipped.

I have been to this salon before and although always busy, I found the service pleasant and the last who did my nails that time was friendly and personable. However this time I got my nails done by a youngish guy who was so so rude and arrogant and clearly rushing. His attitude and communication was poor in establishing what I had booked and he did not offer any pleasantries of conversation during the treatment, only speaking in his language to guy sitting next to him who was also doing nails. I would expect in a high volume salon like that for them to sanitise their hands in between clients but that didn’t happen. Coincidently I have what appears to be some sort of filled swelling on my knuckles, almost like a blister but I can’t say for sure. The worst point for me was the rough man handling of my hands and twisting my hands, wrists and fingers unnecessarily. He then twisted my wrist and repeatedly hit my fingers with the nail file whilst telling me ‘you need to relax, why are your fingers so stiff’. It was actually quite embarrassing and even the customer next to me started looking. I actually have a problem with the joints and nerves in my hands and even when I mentioned this he ignored me. There needs to be more consideration and care for each individual customer and there is absolutely not here. The nails themselves were not even filed straight, they are acceptable but I have definitely had better from there previously. I’m not sure if I will return to this salon based on this most recent experience and humiliation, as a paying customer I am appalled. The only appealing feature would be the price which I feel is good, but then when weighed up against the lack of respect I’m not sure it is worth it.
