The nails were rushed and the Acrylic was too thickly applied and not filled properly. They do not keep to appointment times and this is very frustrating.

Amy didn’t do my appointment. Waited for 1h even though I had an appointment. None of the tools used were cleaned / sterile. Lady hurt me causing 3 nails to bleed. I asked for the nails to be shorter repeatedly but didn’t get what I wanted. I had 2 nails to be redone (instead of refill), those 2 came off now 48h after I had the full set done. I like the studio for it’s reasonable prices but won’t go again. They took payment halfway through the appointment, I ruined 2 nails. They redid them.
