Awful experience here. My appointment started 38 minutes later than I had scheduled for. I booked and had prepaid but they insisted that I hadn’t and that I go and take cash out as they are a cash only salon. Once the issue was cleared up, the technician made me feel uncomfortable by being heavy handed and blunt in conversation. I was passed between 3 technicians who all didn’t say a word to me. I felt like a burden and was displeased with the end result of my nail shape and polish technique. Won’t be coming here again.

Disappointing service. They were not up to standard today in all aspects. I noticed that they offered every other customer a loyalty card except for me. I was expecting Amy but she was not in today.
