When you book an appointment on a Saturday, you are still treated as a walk-in and will be made to wait for up to 45 mins like everybody else. Avoid booking on Saturday unless you go in the early morning. Having an appointment makes zero difference. Also, the technicians are irritated and tired by the afternoon
