The nail tech was so heavy handed and harsh when working on my nails. Two different people doing my nails at different stages. I was on time for my appointment yet had to wait 15 minutes. Not impressed

I had to wait 45 minutes to be seen even though I had booked. There doesn’t seem to be any priority for people who have booked compared to people who have walked in. Two women had been there for an hour with their feet in water waiting for a pedicure. Don’t go unless you’re prepared to spend all day there.
