I booked an appointment and arrived 5 mins early. I waited 30 mins past my appointment time to be seen. They clearly just accept all appointments without any concern as to if they can keep them. It was very annoying as I had somewhere to be, but I couldn't walk out as I had paid in advance and they wouldn't give me a refund. The treatment was good but I will not go here again.

Lovely nails very nicely applied.
Although they were very busy, felt really relaxed.
I have been 3 times for different techniques and each time it was really well done.
