The staff doing my nails in this salon had a fungi on his hands and wasnt wearing gloves. When I asked about it they did not give me any explanation at all, unlike what they’re telling as a reply to my another review. Fungi is contagious and it scared me a lot. I refused to get my nails done, they refused to pay me back. They were also rude. They told me to contact Treatwell for a refund which clearly doesn’t work that way as Treatwell is telling me to contact them.

The staff doing my nails had a terrible fungi on his nails. Fungi is contagious and it scared me a lot. When I asked them about it they didnt give me any explanation at all! Plus the person was not even wearing gloves. I refused to get my nails done and asked for a refund. However they rejected to give me a refund and told me to contact Treatwell. On the other hand Treatwell is telling me to contact the venue. Dont go to this venue! Bad hygiene and bad customer service. They’re also rude.
