Great manicures and pedicures but the hospitality is lacking, no friendly atmosphere. Feels very utilitarian. No warmth or attention to customer experience. Considering £25 for a shellac manicure and £35 for a pedicure. That’s pricey. So customer service should be good to great. Also language the barrier seems to be used to be hidden behind to not engage. It’s a pity cause I tried really hard to be friendly and was left to feel awkward.

This place was great from start to finish - I asked for nail art and they really delivered. I read a review about Tommy’s fingers but they are definitely not fungi!!! Tommy was great and he was patient when I was being annoying about what colour to get 😂 the boss lady is an icon and I will definitely be back!
