I missed my meeting after it because it took 2.5 hours even though the app said 1.5. No point making a booking as you have to wait at least 30 minutes regardless of if you’ve booked or not

I arrived for my 10.10 appointment for gel removal & manicure.
By 10.55 I still hadn’t had the foils taken off my nails. I had to wait whilst the therapist gave the woman next to me a full gel manicure!
I didn’t have time for the manicure.
Really disappointed.
