I decided to go for the offer of pedicure and manicure in the end. I'd booked the pedicure online but had to wait 30 mins before I was seen by the pedicurist. I was pleased with pedicure. Then there was a further wait for the manicure but it wasn't a very good job and two of the nails and a thumb had to be redone. In total I was there for three hours!

If you want an experience where the staff fall over you, it’s not the place. But they are efficient and know what they are doing. I think they are good value. lots of colour choices. It’s busy, I always book ahead but they do have lots of walk ins.
