I left this salon feeling very disappointed. Customer service was awful, as well as waiting 30minutes even with booking. In the end of my service I was not asked if I like my nail or not. I was not satisfied with service and my nails appearance. Quan left suddenly to smoke without saying anything to me, when he finished doing my nails. Also, I was concerned about his nail condition, it did not look professional nor healthy.
