Came in yesterday for a gel removal and it was awful. The technician used an electric nail file almost the entire time with a very strong/rough file and was far too aggressive. There was little care taken to protect my natural nails. I left with nails that are visibly damaged - the surface is rough and thinned, with white, scraped-looking patches and peeling toward the free edge (photos attached). I would not recommend this salon for gel removal.
