They were super late for the appointment and even took a walk in while we were 3 people waiting. I have acrylic/gel on my cuticles and application isn’t neat, plus it has already somehow starting chipping after 2 days. There were loads of dust and nail clippings on the floor, looked like it has just been swiped into corners. Definitely not coming back
