It was my first time here and I got a full set of acrylics. During the treatment, I was asked to wash my hands. I washed with soap and upon returning to my seat, the nail tech asked if I had used soap as the colours weren’t coating properly. I said yes as I wasn’t told I shouldn’t. He became a bit annoyed. I then offered to wash my hands with just water. I felt uncomfortable for the rest of the nail appointment. I won’t be returning.

A horrible experience!! I arrived 5 mins before my booked appointment time and mentioned i had a booking with the nail tech’s name. I was told to take a seat and the nail tech will be out shortly…20mins passed and i was still left sitting? When i asked and stated i had a booked and paid appointment i was told that nail tech is eating lunch? It turns out that the said nail tech was sitting in front of me doing someone else’s nails and apparently did not know i booked with him even though when i entered the shop he was the first nail tech i saw and i mentioned his name loud enough for everyone to hear. A lady nail tech said she can remove my BIAB but won’t be able to do my acrylic as she doesn’t do that. All the staff sat and spoke about me in their language and i was made to feel very uncomfortable. A new nail tech did white tip set but i absolutely hated it. I’ll never EVER return. I’ve never felt so unwelcome during a nail experience. There was also no apology from the lying nail tech!

Manicure is nice but I had to wait an hour to be seen despite having an appointment. I’ve been here a lot and I know it’s not a regular issue but still very frustrating. I think they need to figure out a way to deal with booked vs walk in appointments. What made it worse is that the fact I was seen so late meant I was the last in the day to have my appointment and I could tell the staff were annoyed that my treatment started so late but no one spoke to me or apologised the whole time I waited.

A good pedicure but one of the toes came off a few days later. It’s only my small toe so it’s not the end of the world but a bit annoying that it only lasted that long.
