I asked for some slightly detailed nails but was ensured that it would be possible. In the process of my previous acrylic nails being removed, I had my hand held in the solution, which was bubbling and boiling due to the heat.
In putting on my new acrylics, the therapist put too much acrylic powder on, causing my nails to look thick and fake, painted my nail the wrong colour until corrected, cut my finger open while filing and refused to make my French tips the desired thickness. No discount.
