I have visited this place so many times in the past but this time the disappointment is beyond any tolerance. Not only they burnt my skin three times while removing the shellac, but also didn't finish the removal process. My nails are practically ruined and need to go somewhere else to completely get rid of the shellac remains. Both men were incompetent for this simple task. Sorry but not coming again. Happy to share pictures of my nails after the appointment.
