My nails are very weak due to bad removal of my shellac. Normally other therapists leave the nail to soak first and remove all the excess shellac and the filler the rest.

Hygiene could be improved. Did not see sanitisation of hands/equipment before use. Very efficient, satisfied with my biab but not obsessed. Although heard great reviews by friends for specific nail techs so depends who you get
