Carol was not only welcoming, cheerful and friendly. . She was also meticulous and very thorough about Covid precautions and sanitizing every part of her equipment. She was professional, very capable and explained each element of the process. She made me feel valued. My hair looked great when she had finished! The whole experience was a delight!
