Initially sent a list of dates and was booked in. Then received an email with an appointment changed ( not asked me if it was possible and dates not in list I sent) Received an email and text day before reminding me of appt. Went for appointment and practitioner didn’t turn up. Staff at say Lewis said make practitioner of for the month and the female had emailed them a week earlier saying they wouldn’t be in. Communication rubbish, spend your money with a company that cares!!

I had a lip filler treatment with Alana at Expert Skin in York and couldn’t be happier with the results! She took the time to explain everything and knew I wanted a natural look, and the price was really reasonable. The clinic is clean and and welcoming and Alana made me feel really relaxed. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for dermal fillers.
