The room was very clean and Hayley was just amazing. She tried her best with what she had. Unfortunately, I didn't get the pumpkin facial that I wanted. They didn't have the right products so I paid a lot of money for a very basic facial. Not at all Hayley's fault by the way.

I absolutely love Hayley and the Expert Skin Clinic. Hayley is a real superstar - so talented at what she does, and so warm and friendly at the same time. I went for the first time to the Streatham clinic for a Sweet Chilli facial to get my skin glowing for an upcoming wedding- and am thrilled with the results! The booking process was smooth and the treatment was wonderful, the tone and texture of my skin looks more even and my pores are clean. I will be going back here for sure.
Excellent effective treatment and lovely staff. The environment is clinical and not very relaxing. Bright lighting etc in your eyes. The treatment room could do with a makeover to be more relaxing.
