When I arrived for my appointment Amy said she was running 10mins late whilst finishing a client. 15mins later she still hadn't finished and had started on another client.
I asked how long she would be and she said another 10-15mins but I only had an hour free so that didn't work (it also didn't look like that was true).
I had rushed to get there and though it wasn't the end of the world to not have my hair cut on that day, it was disappointing and I think it could've been handled better.

I couldn’t get get what I wanted but that’s not anyones fault so I changed my mind and went for something else and I ended up loving it so much. Amy was very professional and precise along with the girls helping out. Would definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family and I will 100% come back.
