Just had my SMP done by Saima Akram at Exhale Spa today. It was definitely more painful than I expected, but Saima was so patient, careful, and genuinely caring. She did everything she could to keep me comfortable and the results look amazing. It’s still stinging a bit, but I’ve got my aftercare sorted and can’t wait to see it settled tomorrow.
