My initial appointment was a disappointment. I booked an essential manicure but received a file and polish. No cuticle oil or moisturiser was applied, my nails weren't filed properly and there were gaps without polish. By the next day, the polish on several nails had noticeably chipped. I called the salon and they fitted me in on the same day. Naz redid my manicure to an excellent standard and my nails now look wonderful, which I'm grateful for!
