Came back because my skin was so lovely after the Medik8 platinum facial but much to my disappointment Naz still did not massage during the masks (x 2). It felt somewhat awkward just lay there waiting for the mask to dry without the enjoyment of a head or shoulder massage to fill the dead space. The first time I thought it was a mistake but I won’t be coming back again for this facial. I would rather choose my go to Elemis facial which is cheaper & doesn’t have any awkward wasted time.

I booked manicure before holidays. Throughout the appointment, I wasn't happy about my manicure and asked to fix it. When I removed my nail varnish, I realized that my nails were completely damaged and overfilled and left visible indentations. They made me come in person for the refund when I was told that manager was unavailable and they couldn't issue a refund at the time. Was promised a call but had to contact them later as they forgot. Awful salon with no respect for clients's time.
