The girls were really friendly and welcoming when I arrived and took my temperature and offered me hand gel. This was very reassuring. I was a little nervous as it was my first visit but they made me feel at my ease straight away. I didn't have to wait long and Bex was lovely. She explained everything and put me at my ease. The aromatherapy massage was amazing and I shall be booking another one in the near future.

It's always a treat coming to Exhale. I enjoy the warm welcome and the lovely, calm atmosphere. So relaxing! The setting is very comfortable and absolutely pristine. The staff are friendly and polite, as well as highly skilled and experienced professionals. You manage to maintain a consistently high standard at Exhale. I'm afraid I've been spoiled for anywhere else!
