Attended today for dermaplaning. The staff were very friendly and the overall experience was great and relaxing, but when I got home I realised a lot of the face had been missed out and I had patches of hair on my face, which I had to go over myself. Overall it was a very nice facial, and every single member of staff was lovely but it would have been better if I didn’t have to finish the job myself
